On all returns, you must call us for a return authorization number and return instructions before returning an item. Not all items are returned to the same address.
There are NO re-stocking fees on items that are NOT Made To Order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on all items unless there is a manufacturers defect.
All items returned must be unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached, (if applicable).
Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
On returns or exchanges of items that have already been exchanged previously, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee on returns for refund on all made to order items, including American Made Slippers and Boots.
We do NOT accept returns on CUSTOM MADE items.
Sheepskin Products Excluding Seat Covers
We are so confident that you will love our sheepskin products that we have a 30 Day Return Policy, except for custom orders, rugs larger than 6 pelts, unless there is a manufacturers defect, or an ordering error on our part.
If for any reasons you are not satisfied, just return your purchase within 30 days. You must call 973 743-5858 or email us for return instructions, return address and Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure when trying on slippers and moccasins that you are standing on a clean surface. If soles get dirty, they will not be returnable.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom made items such as: sheepskin rugs larger than 6 pelts, round sheepskin rugs, rectangle sheepskin rugs, sheepskin bed covers, faux fur comforters, except for a manufacturers defect or an error made, on our part, in processing the order.

Sheepskin Seat Covers
All returns must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Tailor Made Seat Covers.
Tailor Made seat covers are custom made for your vehicle in the U.S.A.There is a 15% re-stocking fee deducted on all returns of Tailor Made seat covers.
On Tailor Made seat covers with special alterations, (you will be contacted shortly after ordering if your vehicle needs special alterations), there are no returns allowed.
Ready Made Seat Covers
There are no re-stocking fees on Ready Made seat covers as long as no special alterations were done. If special alterations were requested, then no returns will be allowed.
There are no re-stocking fees on accessories.
American Made Leather Slippers - Moccasins - Boots
Call 973-743-5858 for Return Authorization number and return instructions within 20 days of receiving item. All items returned must be unworn and in same condition as received. All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number, or will not be accepted. A 10% Re-Stocking Fee will be duducted from all returns for REFUND on all items in this category. There are no fees for exchanges.
Faux Fur Jackets & Vests
A return authorization number must be received by calling 973-743-5858 within 4 days of receiving a faux fur jacket or vest. Returns of these items must reach us within 14 days of receiving item. Items must be unworn, in same condition as received, with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any of these items returned after 14 days of receiving these items, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days of receiving item will not be accepted.
Faux Fur Rugs & Play Mats
A return authorization number must be received by calling 973-743-5858 within 4 days of receiving a faux fur rug or playmat. Returns of these items must reach us within 10 days of receiving item and must be in same condition as received. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any of these items returned after 10 days of receiving these items, will not be accepted.
Close-Out And Special Sale Items
Because of the low prices on these items, all close-out and special offer sale item purchases are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges on close-out and special offers items.
Xmas Return Policy
For returnable items purchased as Xmas gifts, except no return custom items, we will accept exchanges up to January 15. This does not apply to returns for refund. Returns for refund must reach us within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received. All items returned must have a Return Authorization Number.
Free Shipping Policy
We do not ship outside of the Continental US. We do not ship tp APO or FPO Boxes.
There are NO SHIPPING CHARGES, within the Continental US.
All our items, within the Continental US, are usually shipped FedEx or UPS, unless the address is a PO Box. All orders shipping to a PO Box will ship USPS. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you how long it will be before we can ship your item and with a little patience, you will get exactly what you want.
