Return Policy We are so confident that you will love our products that we have a 30 Day Return Policy, except for custom orders, rugs larger than 6 pelts, faux fur throws, comforters and faux fur pillows, unless there is a manufacturers defect, or an ordering error on our part. If for any reasons you are not satisfied, just return your purchase within 30 days. You must call 973 743-5858 or email us for return address and Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure when trying on slippers and moccasins that you are standing on a clean surface. If soles get dirty, they will not be returnable. All items returned must be unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached, (if applicable). On returns or exchanges of items that have already been exchanged previously, or made to order items, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from refund. There are no returns or exchanges on custom made items, made to order rugs larger than 6 pelts, sheepskin bed covers, faux fur throws, comforters, and faux fur pillows, except for a manufacturers defect or an error made, on our part, in processing the order. Xmas Return Policy For returnable items purchased as Xmas gifts, except faux fur items, we will accept exchanges up to January 15. This does not apply to returns for refund. Returns for refund must reach us within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received. All items returned must have a Return Authorization Number. Faux Fur Comforters and Throws Return Policy All faux fur throws and comforters are custom made and a FINAL SALE. There are NO returns, or exchanges, on faux fur comforters or throws. Faux Fur Rug and Playmats Return Policy A return authorization number must be received by calling 973-743-5858 within 4 days of receiving a faux fur rug or playmat. Returns of these items must reach us within 10 days of receiving item and must be in same condition as received. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any of these items returned after 10 days of receiving these items will not be accepted. Close-out And Special Sale Items Return Policy Because of the low prices on these items, all close-out and special offer sale item purchases are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges on close-out and special offers items. Shipping Policy There are NO SHIPPING CHARGES, within the Continental US. All our items, within the Continental US, are usually shipped FedEx or UPS, unless the address is a PO Box. All orders shipping to a PO Box will ship USPS. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you how long it will be before we can ship your item and with a little patience, you will get exactly what you want. If an express method of shipping is required, call us at 973-743-5858 for additional cost quote. There is an additional $15 flat fee per total order shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
