Return Policy If for any reasons you are not satisfied, just return your purchase within 30 days. You must call 973 743-5858 or email us for return address and Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure when trying on slippers and moccasins that you are standing on a clean surface. If soles get dirty, they will not be returnable. All items returned must be unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached, (if applicable). On returns or exchanges of items that have already been exchanged previously, or made to order items, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from refund. There are no returns or exchanges on custom made items, made to order rugs larger than 6 pelts, sheepskin bed covers, faux fur throws, comforters, and faux fur pillows, except for a manufacturers defect or an error made, on our part, in processing the order. Xmas Return Policy For returnable items purchased as Xmas gifts, except faux fur items, we will accept exchanges up to January 15. This does not apply to returns for refund. Faux Fur Rug and Playmats Return Policy A return authorization number must be received by calling 973-743-5858 within 4 days of receiving a faux fur rug or playmat. Returns of these items must reach us within 10 days of receiving item and must be in same condition as received. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any of these items returned after 10 days of receiving these items will not be accepted. Shipping Policy All our items, within the Continental US, are usually shipped FedEx or UPS, unless the address is a PO Box. All orders shipping to a PO Box will ship USPS. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you how long it will be before we can ship your item and with a little patience, you will get exactly what you want.
